Title: Where's this Queen from?

Set 4211 (Snow White) comes with the Evil Queen as shown in the pics:

Brown classic hair, white high collar with black details.

But, there's also this version

Black hair with bun and grey collar with white and purple details.
Is this another version for the 4211?  Or does it come in another set??

The reason I asked is because I bought the second version I showed, but I was told on FB after I posted here that is (apparently) a not so rare custom that's been copied and went around. Weird!
anyway, mistery solved, and thread locked!  :)
