One of my green trolls came with two right arms.  Playmobil says they can send me a left arm, but I must supply the part number.  Unfortunately, I discarded all the packaging and what not already.
Can someone tell me what the part number for a green trolls left arm is?
Thank you.

That is RIDICULOUS. Which playmobil service are you dealing with?
The instructions are on the site, but as expected, there is no partnumber there for the arm...

				Send the whole set back.

Take a photo of it and email it to the service@ email address. Tell them since the arm doesn't have a number on the parts sheet they need to find that themselves or replace the figure entirely.
Get the whole thing in writing and be aware that emails route through Germany so may get better response.

Just bought the troll today myself. As Tim said, there isn't a part number for the arm itself, but the number for the whole troll is 30 67 4362. Maybe it will help if you give them that.
Seems quality is slipping. We also bought the 6002 castle, and the bag that contained the instructions and system x pieces and a few small parts was missing! Had to take it back to TRU and exchange it. Fortunately, they had another one.

Yes, it's been slipping for years..
And lately, not just the printing. My Sir Ulf came with a wrong arm. I contacted them. So far, as usual, I am ignored. I suppose most of the trpuble with the pcc sales have calmed down now..

Okay, I actually forgot that I asked for a part number, but now that I found my own post, I guess I should supply an update.
After a second e-mail, in which I said I did not have a part number for just an arm, Playmobil (New Jersey) sent me a whole troll.
I sent a nice letter thanking them, and sent them the poor troll with the two right arms.
Problem solved and a still very happy and satisfied Playmobil collector.  Now if I could just find a purple troll on Ebay!

Are you talking about the add on troll (6432)? If you are, it's available in the Playmobil US webshop
