As someone who is fortunate enough to be able to order parts from Germany, via PM UK DS, I was delighted when the 'Find Spare Parts' facility was introduced on the website. (Ersatzteile Finden came out a while earlier on Playmobil.de) This means I can check on the availability of parts before placing a DS order, avoid overpriced items (flower heads, for example), order an alternative when an older part is no longer stocked, etc.
Very few klickies show up on Find Spare Parts, but I found recently that they may be available from DS. Following a telephone conversation with a helpful staff member at DSUK, I tried adding the part numbers to a recent DS order and met with considerable success. Prices ranged from £1.55 for 30147740 to £2.60 for 30145020. Super 4 figures aren't available :(, at least not yet :)
I wish I had known this a few months ago, before I spent ages searching eBay (especially Maltese sellers) for specific klickies I wanted!

If you find out the Super 4... let us know (I'm sure I'm not the only one? ) - besides the repeats I'd like to have (some tasty parts there), I NEED Twinkle.

I REALLY don't want that piece of ... thing that comes with Twinkle... Worse is, anyone who does buy it, probably wants Twinkle as well.

That's what I was told, Daniela. I wonder if it is just the named characters? I'll try ordering one of the peripheral characters, like the 'nerd' (Tahra's name for him!) from 6691, since the one I got from an eBay seller had the wrong hair :( But maybe all the figures are unavailable.
Other super 4 parts ARE available from DS, like the two new horse coats and the three small hoop skirts from 6688 and 6689. But these skirts don't fit standard child klickies, as we expected, since the new ones are slimmer. I even got the 'Dutt' (hair bun) for Fairy Lorella in 6689, but not the klicky itself :(
I think I will be waiting a year or so for secondhand Super 4 klickies to appear!

Parts are available?! Will have to try that. I want that belt thing. And the... thing's sword.
