Hello All :)
Due to the overwhelming interest people have in modern themes of late :toot: i have decided to try something a little different. Actually i have been playing with my castle and recon this is a good introduction to a series of stories that will be featured throughout the summer, relating to the two characters featured here :camera:. So without further ado here is a story, simply titled Clash Of Titans.
Somewhere in the countryside two Knights fight, one is a noble King and the other a Villain. Of course The King is fighting to defend himself against the suprise attack sprung upon him by the Villain and the Villain, well he wants the lost treasure :2c: and the Kings Castle :hissyfit:.
-
The first blow was a very violent one indeed and sparks fly from the two swords. It was such a violent clash that the King is thrown from his horse. As with all Villains he has shown immense strength and could prove to be a very dangerous adversary >:D.
-
The Villain makes a high speed pass at the fallen King, intent on finishing his job, but Its not that easy and the King is very strong, a formidable character in his own right. He rolls over to his side, recovers his sword and in one swift movement parries the blow that was intended to take his life :woohoo:.
-
The blow was so precise and skillfull that it throws the Villains sword from his hand, could the tables be turning :crossed: ?
-
Sadly every good Villain has a back up weapon tucked away ready for use and a very large axe is produced :(. A high speed pass is made :0 and the blow strikes the Kings shield spinning him around on the spot. The Villain is confident enough to dismount his horse for the final passage of play, the end game, its time to kill the King and claim the castle :hmm:.
-
Just as the fatal blow is about to be struck the king deftly raises his sword, catches the axe under the blade and, with a quick flick of the wrist, deflects the blow of the Villains axe :yippee:. Swiftly the King raises his shield and with all his might smashes it into the Villains helmet. The force behind the blow removes the Villains helmet and with victory in sight the King pins the Villain to the ground, its check mate .
-
As the King is an honourable man a stern warning  is in order for the Villain and he is let go, relinquishing his helmet and weapons . This is only the beginning and as story's go i am sure the Villain will be back ::) . Afterall we have yet to see the King's fine castle, his beautiful wife :inlove: and what on earth was the Villain going on about when he mentioned that hidden treasure :2c: ? I am sure the King would like to find out more about that as well :yup:.
Kindest RegardsĀ Tim

Nice start to your story, Tim, and great photos.
I think the king is going to regret his decision! ;D

Nice story, Tim and quite movie-like photographed (if you scroll down fast the page you can get a flip-book effect).

Great pics, Tim! Thanks for sharing this story with us. :D
I thought the villain was surely going to end up in the castle's dungeon, so I was quite surprised when the King let him go.
Hmmm... I wonder if he will regret being so lenient with him. ;)
I'm off to read part 2 (http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=1501.0) to see what happens next! 8-)

Hello All
Thank you very much indeed for the kind feedback to my story, it is really appreciated. It can be a daunting process sitting down to create a photo story. I had to take about 70 pictures for the first part alone, picking the best to go into the final story. The worst part is when you take 70 pictures, get them onto your computer and find out that a couple of the main ones are still blurred !!
Kindest Regards Tim

Lovely story Tim! I'm just building up a collection of Knights, and hope to do a photo story of my own in that theme soon.
