Title: What is it & who wants it?

Found today while rummaging through toystore's pld Playmobil storage bins; was laying loose with no indication what it was from. Looks like a head piece but doesn't fit on a clickie's head. Does anyone know what it is? Does anyone want it?

I take that back; it DOES fit ion a clicky hairpiece, but doesn't look right. It also doesn't "click" into place.
