Today was my birthday; it was a bit sad as a good friend passed away yesterday. :'( I did, though, receive LOTS of Playmobil, which was great. I'll post pictures tomorrow of all the wonderful stuff.
However, I came up with two missing pieces; a U-shaped holder/stand for a Pirate ship cannon, & a blue jagged wrist cuff for a pirate. Can anyone recommend the best way of replacing these parts? I know nothing about DS at this point, being still a newbie at this.
Much thanks, as usual,
Jim

Happy birthday! Condolences on your loss.
Try calling Playmobil. They usually replace missing pieces for free.

And as Robbie has demonstrated, e-mailing them is not very effective... ;)
Congratulations on your birthday! And sorry of course to hear about your loss.

Jim,
A belated Happy Birthday! I have had the best results by calling PM directly. You may be put on muzac purgatory for a while, but it has been worth the wait. So sorry to hear of the loss of your friend.

Thanks everyone. I called Playmobil today & spoke with Marsha; I'll get my missing pieces in about a week.
