Title: dirty parts from DS

I got my 2nd order from DS today. It was missing a large piece, which of course I will contact them about. 

The weird thing is, I got some system X pieces that looked dirty and used!  Is this normal or should I complain to them?

I figured I would mention this here, as I am a newbie when it comes to ordering parts.

This sometimes happens.  The parts you get may have been in store for some time and because this appears to be in open bins they can be quite dusty.  A quick wash in warm, soapy water, maybe using a toothbrush to get into any corners, soon restores them.

Thanks, that's good to know. I'm glad to be able to get parts that I need! I'll be placing my third order this month!
