Review:
The Historical figure was a controversy in his time and so is his Playmobil counterpart.
For Playmobil this set was the fastest selling klicky (http://europe.newsweek.com/martin-luther-playmobil-toy-sells-out-germany-following-record-breaking-demand-306329) in it's history. The set was commissioned by the Nürnberg Tourist office (http://tourismus.nuernberg.de/), commemorating 500 years of reformation.
The box is a pretty standard modern box with the youtube and facebook logo's on the top side. Martin comes with some accessories and is nice and complete little set.
On the front side Martin Luther is displayed almost as large as the box itself, with his pen and book in both hands. In the top right corner is a nice banner with a picture of Martin Luther and the occasion.
The rear displays the figure and it's height with his accessories.
After opening the box, it encloses a standard Playmobil leaflet and a special leaflet about Martin Luther. This is printed on the front and backside. The front has the occasion in both German and English languages, the rear depicts a map of Gemrany and important points that have to do with Martin Luther's reformation.
The klicky is different and very nice. The pictures speak for themselves.

Thanks for the review! I'm looking forward to getting his arrival for my collection.

Thanks for the review, he's definatly a must have for anyone with medieval/reinassance style stuff. The clickie works great to be any kind of higher middle class. Maybe a teacher, a researcher, or other literary figure. Or of course being Martin Luther. :)

Excellent review, thanks Martin :)

Is that hat new or has it been used before?

Thanks for the review PlayMoto :)
Is that hat new or has it been used before?
Used before, afaik. A military beret. Very unappropriate, imo, but sort of easy to fix, I guess. And military berets are always useful :P
