He looks good. How would you go about making him a regular clicky? Does the hat/hair come off? Or do you cut the chain off somehow?

Thanks for the information, Tahra. They are very easy to order (3 clicks and I had paid with Paypal!), at least for Europeans. Seems a very good cause too!

Haven't done that in years.. (didn't get to the PCC guys YET).. But I used to just pull the chain off. Leaves a hole, of course, but that is better than a chain, right?
If that doesn't work, just pop him.
