Title: judoka belt on a western knight?

Hello Playmofriends! I just noticed this in the 6038 (parts) plan.....is this the first time PM has put this black 'Judoka' belt on a western knight? Anyone has him? Is it the same belt for skinny (not the fat) Judoka?

sorry everyone....his black legs made me think they are the ends of a Judoka belt...its just a (unusual to use black) sword belt. :P
