I notice some changes to the playmobil usa web site this morning.

free shipping on orders over $75. first i have seen that. so i immediately check and it says knights market stand in stock! i order 2, and the royal carriage i have been wanting.

however i noticed it no longer says direct service in the list on the left.  did they just change the title to add-ons?

when ordering parts, should i call the main playmobil number, and ask for direct service, or parts department?

I'd guess it doesn't matter; certainly in the UK you can talk to one person about parts and addons.

In the US there are different departments. For parts you choose the parts dfepartment option when you get their machine. Add-ons can only be bought through the regular sales desk, and parts and play packages only through the parts department.
