Title: Who rules the Rooftops?
Post by: cheng on June 03, 2014, 07:50:25
Ninjas were often sent behind the enemies' castle walls to cripple the defenses before the full scale attack began....if they weren't skilled in scaling walls and clambering over rooftops at night, they might have needed to build wooden horses :P

I didn't plan on making a small ninja army so soon. Was able to get 3 Fi?ures, unfortuately I gave the wrong ETN (PM part number) and didnt get the DS ninja.(if anyone has the DS ninja, can he/she tell me how they differ from the Fi?ures ones, please)

Very nice - what is that guy holding? A cut anchor thingie?

If you mean the 3 asians add on, the guy is the same. They are soooooo creative. <sigh>

Pics on the PROCESS somewhere..  AH!

Very nice, cheng.

Tahra, it looks like a cheng custom grappling iron.

Tahra, meaning only his torso has a different print, otherwise his scarve and pampers are dark blue too?
wont buy him then. Yeh, the other 2 green Asians too, make me faint-ish

Very nice, cheng.

thanks Gordon but maybe I left it too thick(playmo-style), its actually a japanese weapon (developed from farmers fighting with their sickles) to be swung around and thrown and retracted....too light for climbing..they do have specially made grappling hooks for scaling castle walls. The other guy with the large wooden mallet probably needs to use it to open the gates in a hurry.

Ah, recycling even in those days!  Very cunning.

It would have been very difficult to get it to a sickle blade thickness and keep it's rigidity.
