Custom. Possibly stickers? Note blow the lapel..

(The female klicky just seems paintshopped though)

IMO they have been  made with a software, if you look closer you will see that the line are not really "straight"...they look like "software line"...

I don't think the man's jacket is paintshopped - if it is, GREAT work! The sticker not fully... well.. sticked ;) under the lapel...

Her's is, and not trying to hide it, I suppose..
