Video about the 40th Anniversary exhibit in Speyer. Cute use of the figures

That's a nice video. It is cool how the same little group of figures goes around to look at different things as the narrator speaks. Thanks for sharing it, Tiermann.

That is a very nice looking museum display. I sure wish they got noticed like this in the USA.
Not all klickies are smiling these days though. Some are now very weird
-
Yep I think the museum display looks great. I'd love to go see it.
-
Thanks for sharing. I really would like to go there.
-
Very nice, thanks for posting. Looking forward to seeing it!
A shame people don't seem to understand the concept of SUBTITLES. Dubbing should be forbidden :(
-
Nice video and interesting exhibit.
What's weird to me is that they use customized (let's say not original) clickies and pieces :eh?:

Yeah, noticed a strange grey hat... Very odd.

I thought I saw a lot of custom items. Its not a Geobra display so why not have customs. Even if it was from Geobra showing customs wouldn't it help advertise the Fi?ures concept?
-
yeah, but I meant "customs" as in pieces that do not exist in the Playmobil world.
like the romans with the green thingie on the helmet. I never saw that.
or the roman long circular horn/trompet.
I reckon that in an exhibit in a museum there should be only originals, but well, that's just my point of view.
-
Either way it looks nice and it seemed the people that where talking truly care about playmobil.

Some "famous" collectors have a diorama set-up at the Speyer Muesum for Playmobil's 40th Birthday exhibition, these collectors were asked for this directly by Geobra. Some of them (or all, not 100% sure about that) got (t)asked to work out a display about a specific topic, so no surprise to see a lot of customwork in their dioramas.

Very interesting. Thanks for posting.
And I agree with Rasputin that it would be nice to have something like this in the US (and I also immediately thought of various figures with the weird printed faces, most of which I dislike.)

I would love to visit this place though i agree it should only be originals . and playmobil was wrong to make klickies without a smile and submachine guns. sorry i cant abide with these two .....
