It has to be the feathers from the unicorn knight's crest. Wonderful customs once again!

Thanks guys!!
You might be right Arnaud! I've bought them so long ago from DS...that I've forgotten...I kept thinking they were from medieval horses' head armour  :P
...Ras..if you're still interested, I'll get a clearer photo of these hats.

But the feather wasn't cut in half? I thought it was a horse feather - well, half of one..

youre right Tahra, I cut each one neatly so its used on two hats...but do you know which knight's crest Cowabounga was referring to? Its also possible that the same pair of feathers was used on a knight's helmet as feathers (besides being used on the horsies' armour)

Ah :D

Well, it's the same as the swan knight of old, don't remember where it comes in black though.. Probably the same as the more recent black and red swan special... maybe it's from him?

You're both right, Cheng and Tahra. These feathers were also used on the head piece for the first generation horses, such as the Swan knight's. This peculiar black one though, was issued with the Special gladiator.

From he side it is really hard to tell what they were, now with the top shop I can see them instantly. Great job on the custom hats, I really like how you use so many playmo parts
