these are a few of those historically accurate weapons that Geobra produced (Bravo!!) ...again, its 100% Chinese and 0% Japanese in case youre wondering why the new theme is neither Japanese nor
Chinese fantasy (I didnt buy the other Chinese sabre with tassles because they are too old for these boxers circa 1900..although they are still used in Kung Fu schools till today)

Really?  THOSE are chinese swords? I thought they were pirate :-[  Or Sinbad's (not that I REALLY know THAT story.)
I really like the "chinese sabre with tassles" :)

Sinbad probably got them from Chinese pirates ;)
as for the other Chinese sword..I thought its better I add a picture here for everyone's benefit

I'm looking forward to getting some of these. Some of these new weapons are what I actually like about the new theme. Did you order them as parts or just buy a lot of sets that contained them?

				Ordered parts only.....

It does look like there's some pretty cool looking weapons realistic and not so realistic, personally I always used to associate those swords with Allading as in the Disney movie the Palace Guards always carried swords like that interesting if they're actually Chinese in origin just shows you can always learn something

Indeed, but I'm sure that they think we deserve the service. It must just be difficult to create parts ordering systems for all the different markets. It looks like some of the other sites have building instructions with part numbers listed though (at least for some sets...).
I am definitely going to try to get these swords and guandaos though!
