Title: Western School

For a long time I have wanted the western school so when it was re-released I was thrilled.
However when I got it I thought that the colour didn't fit with my other western buildings so I decided to change it.
This is how it ended up...

When I used it in my western diorama I put it on a spare base from the sherriffs office with brown steck fence pieces round it which I thought looked quite good.  Unfortunately I don't have a close up picture of that just one in an overall view ...

I would have liked to change the colour of the windows and door but didn't want to paint them so had to make do with what I had, however, overall I was quite pleased with the result.

Looks great, Elaine! The colours now fit so nicely with the other buildings in your town. :)

It looks really good, Elaine! Very nice smooth paint job. And that looks like a great western setup... can't wait to see more. ;D

Great color choice, Elaine. I don't think I would have painted the windows either.  I love that they go up and down. The town looks perfect!

Nice looking repainted school house. I too am not fond of the powder blue color but I tend to keep a few stock. I think when I get a few more I will try to paint some dark brown like yours.

It looks great this way! I still really like the blue windows though  :)

The dark brown fence looks perfect with the building, by the way!
