Title: which set does this come from?

Does someone know if this motorcycle is an actual set,
or if it's a custom?

It looks like the 3222 adventure bike (http://collectobil.com/images/items/3222.jpg), but with other stickers applied.
Can't seem to find it on playmodb or anywhere else.
