Title: National Geographic's Pirate Paintings
Post by: Wesley Myers on April 18, 2013, 15:26:48: I stumbled across this yesterday while doing some very unrelated research for a paper (funny how we seem to have tendencies to somehow get off the beaten track when we have to do things we do not really want to have to do ...).

I thought they were quite good and may be a source of inspiration for those on here interested in pirates.

These are part of an exhibition that is currently underway in Milwaukee (at the Public Museum) until May 27, so if anyone is near and wants to see artifacts from a real pirate ship:
