Hello !
For my first post in the forum, i want to show you some of the pictures i like to take...
Let's start with pirates !
"Trading secret map with ghost pirate : not a good idea I think..."
-
Enjoying spare time between two naval fights...
-
If you cheat, you'll be jailed !
-
Fantasitic photos! Very well arranged. I especially like that third one.
-
Great pics! Love the light in that first one :)
-
Thank you both ! The first picture was taken with only the light from the playmo light, with a 5 sec. exposure.
Another one :
Such a quiet island attracts long distance travelers !
-
:) I like the reindeer eating the flowers!
(I suppose all those settings in the camera have some use... I just mess with the zoom and the flash :-[ )
-
Great pictures. I like them all. Excellent work, the first one with the light is fantastic.
Many thanks for sharing.
George.

Nice pictures, its quite nice to work on stories. :)
Personly I tend to think up the story first, taking into consideration my collection to know what can and can't be done, then I set up the enviroment, and then I spend about a day or two taking pictures here and there with the set up I have.
I dont have the room to keep a set up standing for long, so its always working fast for me. I put everything away after the pictures have been taken.
-
Nice photos the 3rd one is very funny ;D and I like the last one and the 2nd one as well the faces seem to say a lot the one in the front looks as though he's showing you his hand his mate's puzzling ove rhis hand and the prisoners face is just brilliant :)

I think that I'll follow your method as I haven't a lot of space to display my set ups...But it's hard to destroy the little world that you've spent hours to create !

hiya,
i absoloutly love the photos, the pirates playing cards should have a game against my firemen.
-
It certainly is no fun to have to put away the world as soon as the pictures are done, but since I have no good tables for it I tend to put everything on the floor, and theres simply no possibility to keep it there for some time to me.
In the pictures the world remains though, and if possible, you could keep the set up a bit longer. :)
-
Ooooh I love them all, they have a lot of atmosphere around them.
And it's always nice to see what they get up to after hours ;D
-
Its great to see you having fun photographing playmobil. Your shots are turning out very beautifully and I have now learned that you can take pictures of the glow in the dark features. I need to let the kids know as I am sure they are really going to like practicing.
Thanks for sharing :hatoff:

That's a real problem for me too ! Not enough space to build big dioramas :(
