And as Xmas came earlier for my family... also it came arely for my cabinets

The cabinets on my bed's headboard, now look like this.

All of the rooms are filled with so many little things to look at, but I love the decorating of the town tree in the "Charity Ladies' tree.  Thank you for sharing.

Those are great tongello!

Loved the santas in the heli and scuba gear!

And you found a way to use a few rocking horses! :)

(the boy catching santa is brilliant too!)

Awesome!

I need to set up my Christmas display, but it's much smaller than yours. And we have no Christmas tree due to a blip with Toys 'R Us.

They are all wonderful, Gaston.  Love the wallpaper you have in the Gotcha picture, it is the perfect scale.  My favorite scene is Santa under water!  That is very clever.

Thank you everyone!!! I had a blast with this project!!
I love them all but my favorite is Santa under water. I felt like a kid puting Santa in a scubadiving equipment

From the "adult" point of view, my other favorite is the Schwartz Peters' room after Xmas.

What is that little boat from?

Which boat?
The steam boat with the elves is a netherlands exclusive, http://playmodb.org/setpics/5206.jpg
The small pirate ship is from the pirates' microset.

I don't remember any other boat  :-[

These are fantastic  ;D

My favourite is the Schwarz Peter's room (is that how they are called in English?), it made me laugh out loud

The first and last scenes are lovely as well   They make me want to buy all the christmass sets (something I try not to do, since my purchases could get out of hand if I don't stick to my 'everyday life' theme).

Must be great to have a cabinet filled with scenes like that!!

I don't know if there is a proper English term for this. In the US, we only have Christmas elves.  :(

Yes, the steamboat. Figures that it's an exclusive.  :'(

They are wonderful Gaston   :wow: :wow: :wow: so clever of you to make so many different scenes.
I love the underwater one especially, but there are so many little touches that I keep spotting ... like the little fox cub meeting the little racoon, that's so sweet!

(Wish I'd ordered more elves for myself now, I only got one of each  :( )

I hadn't planned on doing displays for the local schools this year, but having seen these I think I may change my mind!

A wonderful series of scenes, Gaston, although I think the scuba Santa must take the prize.

I see that with the Ladies' Charity Tree, it is the men who are doing all the work!

Gaston, all of these displays are AWESOME!  I love all of the great little details.  I really like the elf on the boat with the binoculars and the gotcha kid.  Your displays have really put me into the playmo christmas spirit.   :**:

Beautiful little dioramas!

They really inspire me to get my own Christmas stuff out and make a display in my living room... but I must tidy up a bit first...  :-[

Thanks for sharing! :)

Thank you for sharing these very nice diorama's! and yes I also wished I bought more elves.... they're cute. And you got me thinking about the little kids playing the christmas story, I might even try to find them somewhere. But first it's Sinterklaas here in Holland, let's not get too excited ;)

(and I don't even like christmas that much...)

Those are beautiful, Gaston! All of them! Actually, the idea of a cabinet to do little expositions in your home has got me and now I'm breeding on something like that in my own house. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you all guys!
I'm very glad that you liked the scenes and most of all that these have inspired you to make your own Xmas decoration
Can't wait to see the results!

Joost, glad the cabinets grew on you, should you need any advice, as for measurements and such, just let me know.

Thank you PlaymoMan  :rudy:
I enjoyed that one.
First it was going to be a scene about a grandad reading stories to his grandchildren by the fire, but as I was putting it together it evolved in this and Im so happy it did!!  :xholly: :xholly: :xholly:

Fabulous dioramas! I like them all, but my favorite is "Gotcha!"

Such a clever way to display them. I now know what to do with all the shelving in my house once the kids go to college

Thanks for sharing the pictures.
