Hi friends,

This should be an easy one, I should think  :) I bought this gladiator off Ebay, but I'm not sure where he originated. He's not one of the gladiators from the Roman Arena (I have that set), and the only Gladiator Special that I know of was wearing blue. It's possible that he is some other sort of soldier that has been given the net/trident in order to make him into a Gladiator. Please let me know what you think, O Wise Ones!  ;D

The other parts from odds and ends (arm from an armored knight, legs from a roman, equipment from gladiators)

Nice looking figure though  :)

That is what I planned as soon as I saw that pirate. He has a GREAT torso. Pity about the legs..

Yes, that is one of the 5136 pirate torsos, alright! The legs are from a legionnaire and the armour parts from the blue blister pack gladiator. Nice compilation!!

 Oh thank you! :) I am really happy now, he was a lucky buy from EBay. I thought for ages that he must have been the Gladiator Special, but then saw pictures and realised that he's not. I've been having a lovely time setting up the Roman Arena (this theme is my first as I'm a new colector) and will post some pics soon  :love:
