I just want to make sure that I'm not the only one receiving the "software error" message when attempting to search the database. I've been getting the message for the past 10 hours, at least!

Did you email Heather to let her know about the error message?

She might be doing some maintenance which isn't yet completed, or perhaps her host has changed a setting somewhere.

I emailed Heather but received the following reply from the email provider:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
webmaster@playmodb.org
So there is something wrong with the whole site :-\

I recently got a pretty big Playmobil lot locally and I'm at a complete loss trying organize it all! Can't wait for the much needed help of playmodb!

No I haven't, not yet. It's possible she's really busy with something else right now and hasn't a chance to check in on things. I'm sure she will get in fixed shortly, so no need to worry. We all tend to panic every time it goes down. :lol: I guess we realize just how much we need it when it isn't there.

I second the hope that Heather is well up and just relaxing in the sun elsewhere... and yes, everytime her side is down I really realize what her work means for us and how much depends on the easy way to search for parts! For example, as I told elsewhere, there is a new release of my 3D-project nearly finished but it is impossible to go on and finish it without the amazing support of Heather's database. So yes Hadoque, you are right! I would pay anything to get sure Heather's work is saved to all the future!
btw: Heather, if you are on holyday indeed, next time you have to ask us when you could take it! :lol:

Boy, can't go on vacation for nuthin' round here. One day gone and the hosting company &$%#*'s up my entire database setup. But a couple of emails sorted it out - if I'd been here, you'd hardly have noticed. Anyway. Whew.
