Title: Is the Organ Grinder's hat black or brown? 5550

My organ grinder dude needs a new hat, but it looks brown in some photos and black in others. I didn't see a part number either. Was this hat used for other figures?

It's dark brown, the same colour as the girl's hat (if I remember correctly)

Also, does anyone know the part number for the hat and for the guy's cuffs?  ???
