Title: Railway crossing
Post by: Marco_4124 on July 28, 2012, 18:07:13
As far as I can tell, Playmobil made 3 railway crossings:

1) 4364

2) 4383

3) 4306

According to me, 4306 can only be used for RC trains because the ground plate is cast as one piece. Both 4364 and 4383 has separate rails, but can both be used for electric trains? I am looking for a railway crossing for an electric train.

Hi,

I can only see the pic of 4383...
If I look in the page coding I can see also links to the other pics...

What´s going wrong here?

What does should mean?
Do you want to buy one?

I am looking for a railway crossing that is suitable for electric trains / LGB rails. I see several ones on ebay, but I suspect that some examples are RC trains only.

I always hated the 3 part RC crossing. Once the little tabs wear out the center filler does not stay in place as well as it should. I even have some that are slightly bent and it can derail a train. Its very exciting for the boys to watch a train crash but I find it annoying

Although this has an LGB to Playmobil track adaptor fitted, it should work with just LGB track.

(The seller is confused about who owns who, I see.)
