It's not rare. 2011 you could buy it in the DS Germany.

I wouldn't say it's all that rare either. Though the fact that it was available recently doesn't mean as much as how long it was available. I wish it had been available longer, as I missed getting it. :-\

Its not in the greek ds catalogue anymore, it used to be for two or three years, but I doubt its very rare.

Not rare, but getting there.  I've used the parts included in this set adapt a couple of my 5301 mansions.  The colors blend perfectly.

Colors on this one are different than the 5300/5305 i assume  ??? ???

Yes, basically the same as the 5301.  The dormer windows differ from the 5301 though.

It is cute. I haven't seen many for sale, so apparently most people are holding on to them for the time being.

If you mean 4297,of course it's rare because it isn't included in any catalogue.At least,in Greece is only exclusive in Greek Fan Park,and,as I know, it isn't sold in other shop!
