He is one of the thousand of figures we have used on our previous diorama "La prise de la Bastille"

His hat is called "bonnet Phrygien", that one is done with a special material that you can shape and after few hours it is dried and you can't change the shape anymore but still keep is soft touch feeling. We have done other kind of hat using resine and we painted them.

Très beaux bonnets phrygiens! Et le ci-devant est très réussi aussi.
That soft material, is it silicone or some kind of polyurethane foam?
