Nice! It's the hood of the "guy with sleigh" from the Dino Expedition add-on, right? Did you keep the fur trim for another use (like…some kind of collar?), or is it ruined from cutting?

the beak/visor can't be saved...I wish I have a curve cutter that can chomp it off but I dont, so I slowly trim until the whole visor is removed :-[
