I actually copied this officer design from gaspodfreud, but have no fear Jeremy, these customs are a part of my collection and are not for sale :)

Really good customs! :)9
-
Really nice. My favourites are the blue footmen with tricornes and the red ones with the black belts and épaulettes. Those are awesome, should become a special if you ask me!

-
Wow, they look really sharp, Panos! Good work.
-
Excellent customs !!!!! love them all !!!! awesome !!!!
-
These are superb, Panos! Your Napoleonic officers in the first pic look magnificent! Your various infantry and cavalry companies also look very good, particularly your mid-19th century Prussians, and your British/American sailors look really authentic. Well done! :hatoff:
-
WOW!!!! They are amazing Panos!!!
Im green with envy!
I love them all!

Thank you for all your good words guys :) I am so glad you like them!!!

i love them all too, Panos!

I especially love the blue ones in 2nd, 3rd and last!

-
Wow excellent collection of soldiers! Every group is unique in a way.

Thank you all for your positive feedbacks! Much appreciated :)
(think you should change hairs/heads of the 5th ones though....)
Any suggestions, tahra? To tell the truth, although I absolutely love the group like Arnaud and Hadoque, I was wondering about their heads... but then again I dont want to use mustache ones nor beards :-\ Maybe if i gave them all regular types of hair?

I try to make each of then unique, with the hairs/faces... If you don't want beards, you can have freckles (for a red head or blonde), the eyebrows ("angry" or "normal", like the wandering monk), or an eyepatch (I seem to almost have a greyhaired soldier with one - my sister has started to laugh at it)...
As for hairs, depends which styles you want to use, and then you can have one in each color.

Ah i see what you mean, different facial features for each of them. Its just that these particular guys are supposed to be a very special bodyguard for the Grand Admiral, so I thought uniformity must go past the uniform.
-
The only thing I don't like: silver collars on the blue hussards with the golden print - that is in my opinion not matching (use either gold or white for example).
The black hussard from the first pic is my favorite!
Cheers,
HDL

Well, the thing is, in the meat world, even if everyone is blonde with no facial hair, we're all (mostly) different... With klickys, we have little to make them different with. So I use what I deem appropriate in terms of hair "styles" (including facial hair), and try to make them all different within those..
Freckles, for example, is not something the guy could shave off...

White collars are good alternative!

Lots of great figures here too. Very nice combinations

Excellent Dragoons! :wow:
I am loving these pictures!

Thank you Tim and Warrior :)

Nice! That set looks great. ;)
-
Wow!! those are really cute clickies!

Hi Panos ; very nice figures but not news ideas ; i agree with hauden_lukas for the grey collar but why not !! .
Thanks for your sincerity : it's a pleasure to give you fews ideas ! Anyway if you respect colors law with theses kind of soldiers , of course lots of people will do the same witch is not a problem (only the problem of getting the parts )
Don't worry : i know you're not a seller and i won't be a seller soon ...(i know now collectors don't want to give one euro for ideas ... ) unhappilly i won't share in public place lots of models who can be sold easilly (famous personnality for example) to not feed oportunists , people will continue to sell zorro , m jackson and jeanne d'arc on ebay while it's possible for me to make 400 like that ... My contribution in the forum will be very little now but you can stand by me to watch what you do and answer you when i will get a bit time .

Yep! Love that wig, and I think he looks awesome.
Yeap, i tried many combinations of hair and face for him, in the end I remembered an ebay seller had send me a few of these wigs as a present, so I had a go with the grey mustache too... used another Sinterklaas coat, the 4293pirate captain torso and the legs from the 4444 pirate, since his boots were completely black.
A Viceroy!
Sounds like a good idea ;D

Those wigs were a great gift! I really like his sleeves, too. They're a nice touch.

Amazing customs Panos, well done.

Believe it or not, I was missing a belt, three hats and three rifles for four months now
-
They look really nice! I especially like the officers, of course.
-
They look great, Wolf Knight. :)
-
Fantastic customs, I like them so much.
Excellent work Panos for one more time. :)9 :)9 :)9 :)9 :)9
George.
-
Those in black are REALLY nice.. I just think they should have different hairs...
-
These new blackcoats look sharp, Panos! I like how you've used silver trim for the enlisted men and the gold trim for the officers. :)
I know how frustrating it can be to be so close to completing a custom but unable to do so for the lack of a few minor parts. >:(
