Title: What do you think about this Gladiator?

I tried to make a Gladiator but I had only medieval and pirate parts...  :-[
This have been the result, do you think he really looks like a Gladiator?  :uhoh:

He is not bad, you did well with just the parts you had available. When you manage to get a chestpiece from a gladiator, the one that goes over the shoulder like 30 00 2872 - Gladiator, green clothes (http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-00-2872), perhaps you can try adding it, or add a roman neckpiece to his neck, like 30 00 4432 - Gladiator, blue clothes with one armoured arm (http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-00-4432) especially this last one is available on quite a lot of knights  :)

I think he looks enough like a gladiator. Definitely close enough to the gladiators of popular media anyway! :)

He reads as a gladiator.  Some shoulder armor WOULD be good....

The arm guard and wrist band should be on opposite arms, I think.  Needs the arm guard as a last-ditch defense on the exposed arm, not so much the shield arm.

Looks good enough, but change the arm-protector to the sword-arm. :)
