Title: Playmobil Cheap labour.

It looks like my local water utilities company Anglian water is now employing Playmobil construction workers to lay plastic water pipes. I wonder how much they are paying these workers, not too much I hope though, I don't want a huge increase on my water rates to cover the cost.  :lol:
