Did some minor corrections for my Korean archers.
They were the best archers compared to their Samurai/Manchu(who were excellent horsemen and archers too)/Ming(Chinese) counterparts.
Every military & civil service people were good archers trained from young.
(if I made this statement in a War Forum, I might get lots of arrows in my back :P)
until today, Korea has always been dominating world archery competitions, both males and females (south korea has the most gold olympic medals....great britain none yet unless Robin Hood is making a comeback this summer at the London 2012 Summer Olympics and not just on the wide screen :))

sorry, I left out

Excellent customs, cheng. The top knots are intriguing - which Playmobil piece are they made from?
-
thank you, my good friend (and also for letting my good humour pass) ;)
those topknots are non-playmo :-[ :-[ :-[
just temporary push-pins sprayed black (the only black push-pins I could find were japanese wooden round ones made from wood and if sanded, would reveal raw wood)
....I'm just waiting for them someday from our Fi?ures (Lego minifigures had them long ago...forgive me guys for showing this...I just hope Geobra is listening....SUMO SUMO SUMO   )

I did think of asking where you rated the English archers at Agincourt, Crecy, Poitiers etc. :)

not sure they are the best in the world , impossible to compare with old civilisation (some man in brasil live with an arc all the time and their food depend of their ability to use it ) in any case your asian custom are the best of the world .

Good looking customs, Cheng. I like the topknots too! :)

thanks everyone!

Gordon's point taken too...
nobody can say for sure who were the best archers back in 1600s...but the Koreans are the undisputed archery champions of the modern world

 These are awesome customs, mate! But I would make a claim for others to be the best archers in the world! ;)
