Title: baby gold dragon, is this new?

 Today I received my 4153 Knights advent calendar and noticed a few parts that I have not come across before. As most of you know I stick to the themes I collect strictly and don't pay much attention to other themes so these parts might already of been released.

 The first is the small, baby gold dragon that sits on top of the weapons stand, I did a search on animobil but could not find a listing for it.
 The other is a fire box that I have never seen before, are they both new parts and exclusive to this set?

The dragon looks like the same one that sits on top of the fountain in one of the newer fairytale sets, 4257.
I think he's rather sweet, so I bought him separately from the DS on my last order. :)

Not sure about the other item. I haven't seen it before either, but it seems unlikely that they produced something completely new just for an advent calendar set.

 Thats him, he is sort of cute looking I must admit, I have put him together now and found his wings really hard to push into place.

The fire box (http://www.playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-23-6140) is not new either. Although I do not know if it is used in several other sets, it is at least included in the 3255 Arche Noah (http://www.collectobil.com/catalogue/items/3255.htm). (Maybe one/some of the Viking sets does also include it.)

Yep, I have the baby dragon listed under the Not Quite Animals section. So far they haven't presented it as an "actual" baby dragon but only as sculpture.

I don't think the firebox is included in any viking set. I have almost all, but still have no firebox  :(

The box looks nice, now my pirates can finally cook dinner at the high seas, without burning and sinking their ships  ;D

Good looking calender and some nice pieces indeed.
I just miss one thing though! The falconers glove!
I know that it won't fit in the hands of the two knights, but that would be the reason i would buy this calender.

Aha! I didn't know that brown square piece was a firebox. I had gotten a few of them without the black insert in parts packages and thought they went to the pirate ship!  :lol:
