By chance I autotranslated one of the Korean articles JLMatterer posted and saw a mention of a Korean exclusive, searching the Korean text gave me these images:

Why are the Korean promos so... special? He's gorgeous!
So far these proved hard to get - or should I say expensive? (unless they appear in other sellers around..)
Shipping is not cheap, and afaik, we DO pay customs on it - though I saw something on amclicks about a deal between EU and South Korea... Does anyone know about that? My sister gets her guys from there on occasion, and I believe ransom was always demanded..
My wallet is crying at the thought.

A lot of the others were easy to purchase online, I THINK? Just expensive as Tartarus (and then the customs, afaik)

This is a great figure!
I managed to acquire a few of the torso pieces several weeks ago, but, unfortunately, I couldn't get any of the arm pieces. The printing on both the front and back of the torso is excellent though. :)

Another day of being an American collector of foreign brands. ;_; I was so heartbroken that I couldn't get Heidi, and now Asterix. I love the new pieces they brought!

The problem is not really the buying of sets only released in Europe- just ask and someone (me for example) will buy you any PM sets you want. The problem is the cost of US import
/export charges which tend to dampen one's enthusiasm, as well as the affordability. For example, I have given up looking at things on US eBay because the shipping costs to UK are always eye-watering!
Korean exclusives might be easier to get hold of if we knew someone who lives there, or visits regularly.
Edit: Article 1 of the US constitution prohibits exports duties (I just read), so it must be high shipping costs which make US exports expensive.

Yeah, the lowest tier, budget rate for shipping a package to the UK is $13 (and not every shipping platform offers this rate). Postal service with commercial discount is around $19. The UPS rate would make a grown man cry. It makes $10 shipping from Korea look quite reasonable.
