I think the best and funniest (more pictures to enjoy) solution is to upload when you have pictures to upload = don't wait for others to finish their story.

Maybe I'm wrong ???

I agree, just post when you have pictures to post.

Reply to "Maisie & Fred hit Oxford UK":
Very interesting tour pictures from Oxford, Maisie, Fred and Martin ;) I'm already looking forward to seeing more pictures from the UK.

Maisie and Fred have reported to me that they are ready for a new tour in Denmark. Maybe they'll go out and take a look on the North Zealand countryside and sights in the coming week.

Update, 20 April 2008: Maisie and Fred didn't reach to make a trip in the North Zealand countryside and a sightseeing in Ølstykke, but they'll be ready for a trip next week (hopefully)

Hello. Martin ...

Wonderful, wonderful photos !!!

I love your Oxford Adventure with Maisie and Fred !!!

The little Smart Car looks perfect for the world traveling couple ... ;)

And, thank you for the explanation of Maisie's "sighing" ... :)
I always wondered what it meant when Susan (my wife) "sighed" ...

This is a great idea !!!

Looking forward to further adventures.

All the best,
Richard

Edit: several typos ...

Martin,

Thank you for your wonderful photos and captions, did you do any performing at the folk festival in Oxford?

I assume 'easy on the wedge' is similar to our 'easy on the pocketbook'?

Thanks for the comments guys!

Gepetto - yes, wedge = folding money. :)

I have never "performed" at the Oxford Folk Festival, though I have played along in music sessions there a few times. Our Morris team are based in Kingston-on-Thames, about 2 hours away by train, so I don't think we'd ever perform here as a team, but I enjoy seeing the other teams, recognising the dances and tunes, and stealing ideas.

Our Morris team starts the season next week "dancing out" in the New Forest, and then we have something most weeks till mid-June when I'm off to Ireland for a fortnight's holiday.

Hi Martin,

Thanks for the tour of Oxford.  It brought back memories of when some Playmobil fans met up there some years ago.

Really enjoyed your tour, Martin!  :D

I've never been to Oxford so it was fun to see it through Fred and Maisie's eyes. 8-)

Maisie's reminiscences of Fred were the high points in the story for me. ;) Very witty! ;D

Unfortunately I haven't had the time to travel with Maisie and Fred in May.
I hope I'll find the time for a trip in the North Zealandic countryside next month :camera:

That would be great, Lars ...  :)

I have the time and the place ...
But, I still don't have a Fred and Maisie down here in the Virgin Islands  ... :(

All the best,
Richard
