well, im gona dare in this kind of thread, to follow (show off) my purchases!!
im usually an ebay buyer, old stuff, i collect mainly medieval, but victorian, pirate (soldiers and ships, no pirates) some western, and trains!!!
i buy some toys r us once in a while if theres any specials like the BOGO type!

Nice that train and zoo look good, really like the Sherrifs building cool Klickies with it as well :cowboy: nice touch that one has a black eye poor fella, all the 3 I've mentioned looks a sthough they might be mid 90's to me so my sort of era :)

actually i'am, i spend some time today trying to separate some items, got some stuff out to decide if sell it on ebay or ask for an offer on the board. NO MODERN, NO BOXES!!

I always get nervous looking at other members auction buys. I get a feeling that I may open one that I bid way up in a war with someone. I did not recognize any of those and you got great prices on most. I did see the western train but originally it had a much higher asking price, Maybe it got re-listed

Well im showing the figures and the boat, as my most recen purchases, i got myself impress too, didnt expect that many, love it,
So the figures, the ship, the canons, the western train and the other train, along with FAO set are my recents purchases!!
Ras i dont mind if you put them directly, thank you. soon you got to teach me how to!! If thats ok with you!!

Amd, when you are looking at your Photobucket pictures. When each individual picture is showing to the right you will see an area that said "Image Link" click on it to expose all the codes. Now look for the code that is titled "IMG code" when you click on it it should automatically say in yellow "copied" if not just highlight it blue and comand copy it. Then take that info into PF and paste it to your text box.
Now I am looking on your site so I am not able to edit or re-size your pictures. Since you are logged into your account you should be able to see small examples of all your pictures. when you move your cursor over a picture it should also show all the link codes with a drop down box under each one also to save time.
If this does not make any sense let me know and I will gladly explain further in English.

I really like your rigging and tied up sails by the way, I never liked the look of a ship in port with its sails out so the kids and I may have to try this

breaking the pictures:
1-hobo lot: 9 hobos from the victorian bench and police man... theres a lot more hats and flower for the hat that hobos...

4-knigths and shinny armour knights... my favorites ones, Nuremberg guards and the armours, amazing... love this ones and make the lot worth it!!!

5-medieval civilians... the figures from the bakery, the tailor house, etc are in this lot, lot this medieval and more is always better

fishermens and divers... classic city life like winter and train ones, and i think from the circus (?) guns, some weird things and random figures...

hehe i know... but actually i'm downsizing big time, i got some auctions going on on ebay and i already sold some... is good that i'm deciding what to keep and what to "sacrifice" cause i don't have enough room to play!! and a lot of which is the first time i play with in years... :)

Thats why we call them "bums" around here ;) It can be a pain to find any part of that bum in the US, or at least for a reasonable price. If you look at auction history you can see how expensive they can get 8}

There's certain rare-ish figures that sometimes come half-complete and you think 'ill buy that and complete him later' but it never works - there are some parts that are just too rare. like the yellow feather from the highwayman. half of those 3633s you see on ebay don't have the correct feather - and they still go for a lot of money. Funnily enough i thought of you yesterday ras - i was browsing a masters of the universe forum and a good 90 % of the (US) members were moaning about the price of the figures - that made me think of you :P

wow! is this from the auction of the vietnam vet's collection from that live auction company? i didn't bid on any of that but was very curious. i really was shocked that the lots didn't go higher. i thought perhaps the photos didn't do the collection justice and maybe the war vet component of their marketing hurt rather than helped the sale. that said, i feel like there was at least 1 lot that seemed to be misrepresented. can't remember now which. congratulations!

yes, i cant remember them all, but i miss a couple 'cos didnt read the hole description about the size of the box and the weight... come sto my mind a lot of western fort with so many towers that i didnt bid on... still happy with i got!!!

i already have a 4029, but seems, i cant find the 4052, i even put an extra tender in my first 4029 and a light... but still no 4052...

With the playmobil coupon i got myself some stuff
I once paid 50 for a keg, this time I got 9 for less!!!
Also got 2 bakeries and 5 sets of pines, a total sale of 160!!! I was very pleased!!
