Actually, tebuchets were first designed to fit on castle walls.
They were famously known to be on the walls of the great city of Constantinople.

The trebuchet eventually evolved, however, to become a be-sieging unit.

WoT you have given me a great idea to put these catapults on my walls , my god if i manage to build the outside wall , single height and inside wall double height and catapults all round  at the double height wall, my castle will be impossible to siege !!!!!  :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Please everyone , expecially the steck masters here ( Sir Wolf etc etc ) see my thread in HOW TO as i need some advice and examples on how i shall proceed building my grand mediaval citadel.... thank you all in advance !!! I have the carpenter making me large tabels this week and in a couple of weeks i will set all my romans/ gauls and egyptians ( and all my trees ...) and after i take pictures for the forum and a decent video this time, i will start working on my mediaval city  in late august / september !!! But help needed in creating .. ( see my thread ..)

I would love to see that,
But they did not have all that many on their walls.
Maybe 1 on each tower? ???

Well i have so many black lion knight and always love to see lots of klickies on the walls , in fact there wont be any space for enemies on these fortifications !!!  ;D ;D ;D ;D
