In theory I agree, however most of the Steck I got sofar came without toast. I must say that I enjoy building just as much. Of course it doesnt look as good but it's still ok I think.

I rather have Steck without toast then no Steck at all.

(You can replace Steck with Steak and the above paragraph is still true *grin* (and replace building with eating)
