Looks great! I have the Santa which makes sense for me. Haven't really figures out how to justify the knight yet. Considered doing a Gulliver's Travels diorama though...

I've been thinking something similar - a rampaging giant crashing through houses.... Steck pieces scattered about....

Wolf Knights Castle
« Reply #101 on: November 23, 2016, 15:13:39 »
This is the Wolf Knights Castle. After driving an hour to Tappan Lake, I had just enough time to take a handful of pictures before the first winter storm of the season hit. You can see the approaching dark clouds in the sky. There will be more pictures in the future.

Here is 6002 again, this time filled out with klickies. The site is Piedmont Lake, home of the old stone benches I like so much. Once more there was an approaching storm, but I managed 64 shots before the rain hit.

Wonderful pictures and backdrop :wow:

The last photo of the castle scene with the perspective from down below is quite special. Almost as if it's a still from a movie or something.

Great work, JLM! Real life backdrops add so much to the feel of the pictures. I love the 'busy-ness" of this dio. That girl should really wear something different to engage in ladder climbing- full marks  to her for challenging gender stereotypes, low score for suitability of clothing!
At that moment the ship suddenly stopped rocking and swaying, the engine pitch settled down to a gentle hum. 'Hey Ford.' said Zaphod, 'that sounds good. Have you worked out the controls on this boat?' 'No,' said Ford, 'I just stopped fiddling with them.' (With thanks to Douglas Adams)

Classic Klicky at Classic Plastics
« Reply #109 on: January 03, 2017, 18:51:49 »
Yesterday I stopped at Classic Plastics Toy Store, where any Playmobil they find is held for me. There was one classic klicky waiting (at $0.80), & he took a tour of the store before coming home with me.
