Part of what appealed to me about these sets is that they reminded me of the two cops from Last of the Summer Wine.
No big review this time, just a few fun images to show them off. Here's a final image of the cops hitching their car to the doughnut truck.
These sets are kind of "extra" in the sense that I didn't really need them at the moment, but would have been annoyed with myself had I not jumped at the opportunity to get them. They'll eventually be a part of the playground display I'm making of 1.2.3 and Junior.

Happy to see the return of Vikings in the Special Plus though. But honestly those special plus are not special at all, more like just any random sidekick klickies off the bigger sets, and the PLUS is simply unwanted.

As a fairly new Playmofriend you might not be aware of Playmodb, a wonderful resource for Playmobil info, including release dates, part numbers, and links to building instructions for the majority of sets.

« Last post by tahra on September 19, 2024, 12:30:41 »I can't confirm it since it's hard to look up set release dates, but I was under the impression that they started doing the other types of eyes around the time the movie and the Youtube shows came out. I have no evidence to support that, it's just what I've been assuming as someone new to the hobby.
The Super 4 and The Movie eyes were not drunk/high/sleepy... I think this nonsense started on Novelmore, I think.. one of the factions, in particular... the purple/green wizards, maybe?
