The type is like those used on small boats but I don't recognize them.

i thought of these boats but don't appear to have them  :(  :(
 

they should be old because they have the 80's playmobil logo ....

They are both from 3539 - Police Patrol Boat
The big one goes on the bow, and the small one on the life boat!
The set had many sticker that you could sellect and put on it, including paymobil logo stickers.
