I have no idea where it came from, but the 'thing' looks very interesting!!
I'm sure you checked underneath if there is anything a logo or production date or something.
Can you take a detailed photo from the wheels?? If the same wheels are used on a different item someone may recognize it.
The figures that originally were used must have had the same size, the Playmobil lady fits perfectly.

This bike isn't my. In fact I find a answer by Ludoplaymo, there is PLAY OK. Of course I can't take a photographies of derails.
