I have never encountered such a fine lady among my klickies. Luckily there's a real world too.  ;D

Do you think her mouth is moulded in that shape or that the pic was retouched? If, as you think, the same figure has popped up in other photos before, it could well be that she really had a mouth shaped like that! :)

We think it's retouched to make we polemize as Frenchies... ;)
