BTW, Tim, I was going to use sugar, but decided that it was to heavy.
And, also, to anyone that is making a winter dio, flour is the best bet. It's really easy to wipe off - example: I poured some on the truck, but it looked terrible. So, I just took a cloth and wiped it off! ;D

Yeah, powdered sugar makes great snow, too. It's a similar consistency to flour and very fine. Only problem is, it makes a big mess. If you want ants all over the house, try it. If you'd rather not, flour is probably the best bet.
