I think the black piece is a stretcher handle:

The red one looks familiar but I can't think what it is at the moment

I think you're right, Elaine.  I thought it looked familiar but couldn't place it, despite having the mountain rescue set.

I have absolutely no idea where it comes from but it is definately Playmobil

2 small heart attacks. Last night when we visited her she still couldn't breathe very well, but I think she is getting better
