I do think it is a good idea to look for new members don't get me wrong but from past boards I did find it quite annoying though how many parent, or ebay sellers who wanted to maximize profits were just interested in demanding (or as some spelled it "asking for") plans, part#'s, info on sets, etc.... I know it a trivial pet-peeve of mine its just that sometimes it is hard enough to keep track of all the great conversations, customs, ideas, pictures etc.....and that is why I like a board that is a concentrated community of devoted fans such as we have here
A community according to wiki is "a group of interacting species sharing an environment" The species here being us and the environment being PF. Now if these people just want to ask for stuff but have no intention of interacting beyond their request to me it becomes a charity group of information . A donation fee does certainly help weed out lookey-loos
