Well I am pretty sure I started March-ish 2006. We had our 3 sons and one day I was at Target where I came across a clearance set. I am not sure which set it was but that was all it took and now 3.5 years later I have Playmobil coming out of every crack of our property ( if you have seen pictures you know I am not kidding ) I guess I am trying to catch up to Mac Gayver's and Richard's collection size (why i do not know 8})

The only problem now is that when I purchased the first set at such a great price I kind of expect the other sets to follow suit . If my first set was ridiculously over priced the following sets prices would seem so reasonable.

I guess you could say I started collecting as a baby.  My brother already had playmobil so growing up I had playmobil- and I've never stopped collecting.
