That's a fantastic price for such a set! I'd feel I'd won the lottery if I got that collection at that price.

It doesn't contain all the parts form all the sets you quoted, but it still provides enough men to man the longship, which rates as one of my all-time favorite sets. Sadly when I bought mine the rest of the theme was not stocked in the B&M shop I was shopping in, so I didn't realise there was more. I've collected several of the sets since, but the 3151 longhouse still evades me. Your 5003 set some of the 3151 parts to create a very effective fortified landing stage.

Wow!

That's a fantastic set, especially for that price! Where did you actually get it for that amount? I just checked (very quickly) online, and the cheapest I could find in Germany was €38.99.

Is this another Kaufhof or Karstadt exclusive? I ask because I have relatives in Germany who might be able to acquire one for me

And a very nice review, too -- many thanks!  :D

Cheers,

That's indeed an awesome set for a remarkable price!  :o
That seadragon on it's own costs already half of it... Great amount of man, weaponry on top of the ship and fortress.. truly great value for money.

It did feel a bit like winning the lottery!!  It is indeed value for the money, and the best of all was that I found it without looking for it, so it really felt like a find.

It must be an exclusive set, as I can't find it advertised anywhere.  I bought mine at Real for 29,99 euros.  Im not sure if it is exclusive to Real or is also available at Kaufhof/Karstadt.

I think I have seen the 3151 set Martin, goes for about $60.

That's a great set for the money!  Although it doesn't contain all the Viking sets, it's enough to get one well on his way to completing the theme.  I really think Playmobil did a great job on the Viking ship and boat, as it was the former that got me back into Playmobil after a long absence.

Fantastic set AND price!!!! it reminds me of the day I bought a 3150 and a 3151 from an old toy store for 60 euros! What is so amazing with the vikings is the variety and numbers of the klickies they have in almost every set!!!!
