although this set was only briefly visible in the target.com site (it was spotted by customizer) and has now disappeared i decided to list it here.
it's the 5950 pirate ship.

a new set of american ships just got out.
the 5950 (in the previous post) is actually called skull and bones pirate ship and it appears in the official playmobil.us page (so it's not a target exclusive).
... also, a smaller dingy was lauched - the 5948 soldiers' boat.

Thanks, I was wondering just that... I'm planning to do a custom "cabinet" (is that the word?), that will have to fit those plastic tubs.. and I was planning to put the boats (have no idea how many I have - must trim :( ) on the top shelf... I HATE the freakin ropes (and I'm lousy with them), so I don't want to disassemble them...

Do you know if the 3940 is much larger? I believe the roman, viking and egyptian ones aren't as large. Just don't know about the roman airgam one..

Edit: does that width include the assembled masts/sails?
