Hi Edwinmodels,

I had no idea what a Zouvre infantry man was nor did I know what war they fought in until I did a search on the web. I would never of thought that smartly dressed soldiers with fez's  ran around the battle fields of the American civil war.

So now I can say that is a rather nice custom. :)

I actually found more about them under the spelling Zouave just incase anybody else wants to do a search on them.
I'm only human, born to make mistakes.

He looks great!
The old circus fez matches the colours in his uniform just right! 8-)
Thanks for the pic. :)

Hmmm ... We're going to have to recruit you to join GW-PC, Gordon ... ;)

BTW, Craig's "first custom" is getting great reviews there as well!

Craig, I have just moved this topic to the "Customs board", because it's possible some of our members who come here primarily to see other member's creations would have missed seeing your great figure in the "Collector's Corner" board. Hope that's OK with you. :)

Would have done this sooner, but I didn't notice which section it was posted in until just now.  :-[

Hi Sylvia

And thanks for that. Was too excited about being able to post a picture than to think were to put it.

Will also have to pay more attention to my spelling. My simple excuse was that it was the weekend so am entitled to my grog ration.

Regards
Craig

Great work!! Nice that you did not have to invent some new parts, but could use existing  :)
